How does the free trial work?
Every club starts on a 14-day free trial with full access to everything. No card is needed to begin — you only add payment details if you decide to keep going.
What decides my price?
Your plan is based on how many members you manage — nothing else. Every tier includes every feature, so you never pay to unlock a capability, only for the size of your club.
What if my club grows past its tier?
You’re never locked out mid-season. If you outgrow your tier we’ll nudge you to move up, but recruiting well will never cost you access to your dashboard.
Do my members’ payments go through Clubl?
No. When a member pays by card it goes straight to your club’s own Stripe account — your club is the merchant of record. Clubl only ever charges you for your own subscription.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Any time. Yearly is billed as 10 months for 12 — the usual two months free — and upgrades apply immediately while downgrades take effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There’s no lock-in contract — cancel any time and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
